This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were there at every time. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Really good hotel and terrific location. I Certainly advise this hotel!

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for 2 days for holidays to exploring the place. Le Manoir Au Lac is located in a very central position, it’s clean and the beds are very cozy! There is just one issue I’d personally recommend going ahead and that’s to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, I was very happy with this place and would definitely suggest it to any one wanting to head over to Gérardmer.

I have stayed for 2 days with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the space was normally clean. The employees were being quite helpful and welcoming and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large plus the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

I have booked the room for seven nights with my fiance. Beds ended up comfy and the room was constantly pretty clean. Staff members have been extremely useful and pleasant and every day made us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean plus the shower was super cool. Not a super social hotel at least all along our stay.
